I have seen a number of posts describing the difficulties in calibrating the touchscreen. I was ready to through this computer out the window until I found an obsure post with instructions. When you try to open calbration tools or programs in the start menu, it seems they do not open. What they do is open a icon in the bottom system tray.From there you can perform the calibration, which really is very easy. After that your touch screen will be very accurate. I like this machine, I bought it 84 years old my mother replace laptop and she loves it. Hope this saves a couple hours of pulling out your hair!.
