arrived on time the packing was poor and the box seemed very shop worn but all looked well inside and within an hour it was up and running with my own xmas music and 400+ picture. Getting all to work was a little difficult and cumbersome.I went to an Internet site to support finally helped.. The picture quality is good..The device is a bit slow to respond to the remote. I just have to be a little patient.Overall very satisfied..
